Workshop with Jessica Lang, d.a.i. Who says chocolate can't be savory? During this chocolate season, join Jessica Lang as we explore a whole new side of chocoalte - the salty side. With recipes like Cocoa-Crusted Beef Tenderloin, Mozzarella Strawberry Salad with Chocolate Vinaigrette, and a savory surprise for dessert. Jessica is a chocolate lover from Alabama who lives life on the salty side.
