Phreek Plus One is made up of Ivan Savoldi, Alessandro Cattenati and Giovanni Guerretti

Their sound can be described as Italo-disco running deep within its groove, all fused together with admirable style. Recalling the heyday of Italo-disco with a style that manages to be reflective but not stuck in the past, the Phreek Plus One collective bring a poised composition style. 'They show you shimmering slices of Italo-Disco nutrition that succeed in keeping the funk intact amongst the gleaming aural fixtures.

Ivan Savoldi the DJ of the trio is resident in two of the best Italian Clubs - Fluid and Amnesia. Ivan also plays extensively around Europe. His Dj sets are mainly built around Disco, Funk, Cosmic, House, ItaloDisco, and NuDisco. Alessandro and Giovanni are both great connoisseurs and collectors of Jazz, Funk, Disco and Brazilian music.

Gio plays the keys from old Jazz to nuJazz. All together they form a fresh new disco project which shows strong influences from the classic disco era.
Phreek Plus One have released 4 ep´s for Compost records and are currently working on an album. 2010 is tipped to be a big one for this threesome.
