Radau & Rabatz Events präsentiert eine neue Veranstaltungsreihe in Tübingen: Punks want Techno! bringt euch seit Januar 2011 jeden Monat spannende DJs und Liveacts aus aller Welt nach Tübingen. Musikalisch bewegt sich das Event zwischen Dirty House, Nu Rave, Maximal und Techno. Diesen Monat bieten wir eine echte Perle:

FELIX CARTAL vom legendären nordamerikanischen DIM MAK Label (Bloody Beetroots, Steve Aoki,...) kommt extra aus Vancouver, Canada für vier Gigs nach Europa, nur zwei davon sind in Deutschland, und einer davon in Tübingen!

Eintritt gibts via Partykel-Reservierung günstiger! Außerdem ist der Einlass damit bis 24 Uhr garantiert.

Felix Cartal (Dim Mak Records)
Felix Cartal was born with a passion for hard-hitting electronic music. With influences ranging from the heavy hitting distortion of The Bloody Beetroots and Boys Noize, to the techno influences of Vitalic, Felix has created an amalgamation of electronic genres which results in a unique listening experience for home and live audiences alike. His distinctive method of incorporating abrasive distortion, intense instrumental build-ups and unique frequency variations in his songs gives Felix a sense of versatility within the electronic scene. This versatility has led Cartal to become one of the leaders of heavy-house – a genre known for its relentless intensity and bass and distortion heavy melodies.

Cartal has created a zealous following through his emergence in the international blog scene, with hard hitting original tracks such as “Moss vs. Trees” and “Parisienne” as well as remixes of pop sensation Ashlee Simpson, MSTRKRFT, electronic rock act Dragonette, and Scottish producer-turned-DJ Alan Hostage. With many commissioned remixes (such as the upcoming Moving Units single) waiting in the wings, Cartal continues to write and produce original and remix material with a professional touch which colleagues and fans regard with great admiration and respect. Consequently, his music has become a staple in the sets of artists such as Tommie Sunshine, Steve Aoki, and many others. As well, he has earned the backing of many prominent artists, including East York powerhouse duo MSTRKRFT.

Cartal maintains a rigorous international tour schedule and has brought his brand of techno-esque hard-house to thousands of dance-hungry club kids worldwide. Having already supported acts such as Vitalic, Felix da Housecat, Richie Hawtin, Justice, Busy P, and Steve Aoki, look for Felix Cartal to continue to spread his hard-hitting brand of electronica across the globe.

Cahill (Stuttgart)
Seit gut 2 Jahren am Auflegen, startete Felix aka CAHILL (gesprochen: [KAYHILL]) im November 2009 gleich im Rocker33 bei Kaputtraven durch.
Dann ging es weiter mit Shows für Mr. Weekend & F*CK YOU. I AM im Hype und weiteren Sets für Stuttgart Kaputtraven im Keller Klub und Lehmann Club. Dort hat er zusammen mit Top Acts wie Huoratron, Proxy, Toni Tress, The Subs, Belzebass, aUtODisco, Super Super, Dirty Disco Youth, Les Gilettes und einigen Anderen zu überzeugen gewusst.
Das klang bis hoch bis ins Saarland, wo er nach weniger als 1 Jahr sein Auswärtsdebut in Saarbrücken im Modul Club gab.

Als CAHILL beim Auflegen und als LIVE FREE OR DIE (www.golivefreeordie.blogspot.com) beim Blogging hat er sich in der Rave Szene einen Namen gemacht und serviert euch heute Abend the SICKEST and FRESHEST Sound in NuRave and House. Mit seinen Sets deckt er die ganze Spannweite des Bloghaus Sounds ab, von Disco 2010 über Sovjet Bass, bis zu Dirty Electro House.

H.Olyphant
Der Macher des DASDING Radau & Rabatz Klubs kommt mit einem neuen Konzept nach Tübingen zurück und bringt große und kleinere Namen der neuen Raveszene mit. Nach dem Start mit D.I.M. (Boysnoize Records) kommt nun das nächste Highlight Dim Mak Records FELIX CARTAL.
